It is also a 8 minute drive to Elk Avenue, Crested Butte where you can find a wide variety of entertainment and dining options. Catch the city bus at the bus stop directly outside to quickly get downtown or to the base area.

Getting Around

The free Mountain Express is the main shuttle that operates in Crested Butte. The Crystal/ Castle route (Blue route) stops just outside the property and is the best option to get to Mountaineer Square. It departs Mountaineer Square every 30 minutes from 8:10 AM to 10:40 PM. The Town Shuttle route (Green route) travels between the Mountain and Town. It runs every 15 minutes from 7:10 AM to Midnight and is the best option to get to Crested Butte town.

Lift Ticket Office

Lift tickets can be picked up at Treasury Center Ticket Office (Located inside Crested Butte Mountain Resort Demo and Rental Center), which is a 10 minute walk from the property.
